Eva Kornet is a Brooklyn-based healing practitioner and facilitator whose work focuses on nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and personal transformation. After leading a market-leading company in Germany, she experienced burnout and a life-altering collapse in 2008, which led her to leave her corporate career and pursue a path of deep healing and study across modalities including breathwork, Kundalini yoga, and trauma-informed practices. Drawing from both personal experience and professional training, her approach is intuitive, body-based, and centered on reconnecting individuals with their inner awareness and sense of self. She appears as herself in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, where she supported breathwork within the creative process. Actress Rose Byrne described the experience as “extraordinarily powerful.”
