Storyline

Farmer Josef is down because of a heart attack. Who will bring in the harvest now? His wife asks his son for help. Karl, who once left the farm in a quarrel, rushes over and once again gets into a quarrel with his father - and into the confusion of love... A cliché brew of a Heimatfilm that is quite palatable, has a top cast and was filmed in an interesting region.
